Educational purpose only. All materials are professional education for sales and business development professionals. They are not legal, clinical, billing, compliance, or employment advice, and do not create a professional relationship.
Eligibility determinations. Nothing sold or provided here may be used to assert, argue, or establish that any patient meets hospice or palliative eligibility criteria. Eligibility is determined by clinicians and physicians. You agree not to use these materials to influence or substitute for a clinical determination.
No protected health information. You may not submit protected health information or any patient identifier to any form, assessment, tool, or community space. Do not record patient identifiers on any field tool.
Intellectual property. All content, frameworks, tools, assessments, audio, and written materials are © 2026 Always Human Hospice Consulting LLC. All rights reserved. The Always Human Standard, See. Stay. Lead., Sacred Conversations, and The Hospice Conversations are trademarks of Always Human Hospice Consulting LLC.
License. Purchase grants a single, non-transferable license to one named individual. You may not redistribute, resell, share, post, or reproduce any material for a team, department, or organization. Team and enterprise licenses are available separately. Contact [email protected].
Certification. Certification is a private credential awarded by Always Human Hospice Consulting LLC. It is not a state license, not a clinical credential, and confers no clinical, regulatory, or diagnostic authority. It may not be represented as any of those.
No guaranteed outcome. No census, revenue, income, hiring, or employment result is promised or guaranteed.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from any purchase shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Refund & Return Policy
Always Human Hospice Consulting LLC · Effective July 2026
Physical products: 30 days. Unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Email [email protected] before returning any item.
Personalized and made-to-order items are final sale. They cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.
Digital products: no refunds once downloaded or accessed. Digital downloads, guides, audio, and course content are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, no refund is available for any reason. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept this.
Digital products not yet accessed: 14 days. If you have not downloaded or accessed the product, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected].
Memberships. Cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. The current billing period is not refunded, and access continues through the end of the paid period.
